I carry a rich experience of 14+ years. I have attained my MBA from Institute of Management Sciences and Productivity Research-Delhi Productivity Council in 1995, Masters Degree In Financial Management from Kurukshetra University in 1998 and PhD (Honoris Causa) from AEI Belgium in 2008. I have experience in all the HR roles including Recruiting, Managing the employee performance processes, HR planning and staffing, Compensation and rewards, Global HR co-ordination, employee relations, strategic HR and other HR generalist roles. I have been heading the HR function since 2005. In my current role, I head the HR department of a International NGO which is primarily a funding agency, supporting around 100 partner organisations, all across India. We work in over 30 countries, with a purpose of eliminating avoidable blindness in the poor parts of the world.
